Have ordered parts for my VBM on a couple different occasions; most recently a new heating element and water probe. Two days later my machine is back up and running. Stefano is the best - great selection of parts on hand, very knowledgeable, and always quick to share any tips and advice for the repair. Fair prices on all the parts as well, which can't be said for "the other" distributor selling VBM. Thank you!

As of today, I have requested and received outstanding support and advice from Stefano's Espressocare for rebuilding my La Pavoni Europiccola cappucino machine (Pre-Millennium version), which I purchased in Naples , Italy where I lived with my family in 1981-83. Stefano and Kathleen and staff have been very responsive and are directly responsible for my success in the rebuild and at enjoying a delicious cappucino this morning. My daughter was a teenager when we lived in bella Napoli. Now she has a son and daughter who have learned to use the Europiccola while visiting with me last month. It will be their inheritance to enjoy for many years, especially with access to Stefano's Espressocare for their future needs. Mille grazie, Stefano.

Stefano’s is simply the best! They stock literally everything I need for my vintage and newer lever espresso machines. And they also go the extra mile by providing instructions where appropriate. For example: When I ordered a new switch for my ‘79 La Pavoni, it came with a super helpful wiring diagram. And the Elektra Microcasa gasket kit that they just sent me includes printed materials showing which gasket goes where in the machine. Thanks Stefano and Kathleen!
